Cobrand Fan Messaging Terms
Effective Date: July 13, 2026.
These Fan Messaging Terms describe the text messaging service (the “Messaging Service”) an artist or brand may use to send you messages through Cobrand Corporation, Inc.’s (“Cobrand”, “we”, or “us”) platform. “You” refers to the individual who has opted in to receive messages from an artist or brand.
Opt-In and Message Types. The Messaging Service may be used to send messages to you on behalf of an artist or brand. When you opt in to the service, we will send you a message to confirm your sign-up. By opting into this service you can expect to receive messages from the artist or brand, which may include sign-up and opt-in confirmation messages; marketing and promotional messages; informational or transactional messages (such as event, pre-sale, ticketing, release, and pre-save alerts and updates); one-time passcodes and verification messages; and customer-care or reply messages sent in response to your inquiries. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Text “HELP” for help. Text “STOP” to cancel.
Cancellation. You can cancel this service at any time. Just text “STOP” to opt out. After you send the message “STOP” to us, we will send you a reply message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending messages to you again.
Help. If at any time you forget what keywords are supported, just text “HELP.” After you send the message “HELP” to us, we will respond with instructions on how to use our service as well as how to unsubscribe.
Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Questions and Privacy. For all questions about the services provided by this short code, you can send an email to the artist or brand’s designated support email address. If you have any questions regarding privacy, please read our Privacy Policy.
Fan Messaging Protocols and Terms. Messages are sent only to fans who have affirmatively opted in to receive them from the artist or brand, and only for the message types described above. You remain in control of your participation at all times: you may opt out of any category of messaging using the “STOP” keyword (or other supported opt-out keywords) as described above, and such opt-out requests are honored promptly. The artist or brand is the sender of, and is solely responsible for, the content, timing, and frequency of all fan messages, and agrees to send them in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, carrier requirements, industry guidelines (including the CTIA Messaging Principles and Best Practices), and the Cobrand Acceptable Use Policy. You agree not to misuse the messaging service, including by sending unlawful, abusive, or harassing content in reply. Cobrand does not monitor or control the content of fan messages and is not responsible for messages sent or received through the Messaging Service.
