Content Upload Terms

By submitting a photo or other content (“Content”) you grant the Artist and Artist affiliates including Cobrand Corporation, Inc. a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, and royalty-free license to use, reproduce, exploit, edit, display, sell, publish, promote, market, advertise, sublicense, and/or distribute your submitted Content, including the Likeness of each person within the Content, on Artist and Artist-affiliated social media accounts and in Artist and Artist-affiliated promotional materials of any kind.

You represent and warrant that i) you are eighteen years of age or older; ii) Content submitted is your original work and you have all necessary rights to grant this license to the Artist, including but not limited to written permission from each person whose name, image, likeness, and/or voice (“Likeness”) is included in the Content and that such person(s) have granted you all necessary rights to license their Likeness to Artist for the purposes listed above; iii) you have full right, power, and authority to enter into and fully grant the licenses and rights herein; iv) no other person’s or entity’s consent is required for Artist to exercise the licenses and rights granted herein; and v) no part of the Content violates the law or infringes or violates the rights of any person, firm, or corporation.

If a minor’s Likeness is included in the Content, the minor’s parent or legal guardian must submit their child’s Content or authorize in writing your submission of the minor’s Likeness. You acknowledge that Artist is not obligated or required to use or otherwise exploit the Content in any way or for any purpose.

You agree to indemnify and hold Artist and their designees, successors, assigns, and licensees harmless of and/or from any and all damages, costs including reasonable attorneys fees, claims, charges, and suits, including but not limited to claims arising from any actual or alleged breach, or claim of breach, of any warranty and/or representation made by you in this release.
